Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to (US) orders. After placing an order in our store, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following terms carefully to determine if you are eligible for a refund or return:

To return or reject a package:

If you reject a package without the consent of mail@hopeapply.com, we reserve the right to charge you any charges the shipping company may incur. This includes items returned due to incorrect address issues.

Return Conditions:

You must contact us by email within 30 days of the shipping date. Send an email to mail@hopeapply.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email mail@hopeapply.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, which is not included in the cost of our return to you.

We only accept return requests for products that are not on sale at a discount. We cannot accept return requests if you purchased a special offer.

Return requirements:

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, which is not included in the cost of our return to you.

Refund:

Please note that our refund policy does not apply to change of mind. You need to carefully observe all product sizes on each specific product page before placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or returns for size-related issues (unless caused by shipping or manufacturing errors).

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.


If you are approved, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund after it has been issued. For questions about your refund, please contact the bank that issued your payment method once we have emailed your refund confirmation.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us mail@hopeapply.com.
